*How can someone contact Krivoya Customer Care?

There are plethora of ways to contact Krivoya team. One can E-mail us or use whatsapp to contact us.

*When will they response?

One will get a response within a day or two working days. Sunday is closed.

*What if they don’t respond?

We feel sorry for any inconvenience. One can contact again if Customer care doesn’t get a chance to reply back.

02.The order

*What do I have to do to order a product?

One can directly order from the website or they can ask on whatsapp for more information regarding product.

*What do I have to give to order?

One can easily order from website through payment gateway.

*How can I pay for order?

There are many ways to pay, one can pay through PayTM, UPI , Net Banking or Debit Card even Cash On Delivery is also available for all over the India, But for international orders, we don’t have Cash on Delivery at moment.

03. The Shipment

*When do I receive my order?

After Placing the order, your order will take 4-5 working days to get deliver in India and it will take 8-10 days for international order to get delivered.

*Where can I see my order tracking ?

Order tracking details will be provided to you through E-mail or Phone along with the shipment tracking number. One can check it on shipping partner website. For instance, Delhivery.com 

*What if i have some issue regarding shipment?

We would suggest you to talk to our customer care. They will resolve your issue regarding this.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

*Can I return my order?

I am afraid not, one can’t return a product. However, if there is some damage in the product we would suggest you to contact our customer care 

*Can I exchange my product once I have received it?

We would suggest you to talk to our customer care.

* I have a complaint regarding the product I just purchased?
